Ingredients
84g Plain flour
42g Butter
56g Cheese
1/2 egg
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°/180° fan /GM 6
- In a large mixing bowl, rub together the butter and flour, until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Grate the cheese and it to the bowl. Add the egg and mix into a soft dough.
- Flatten the dough with your hands or roll with a rolling pin, until the dough is about 1/2 cm thick. Cut out shapes using your choice of cookie cutter.
- Place on a baking tray and cook for 8-10 minutes.
