Welcome to Crafty Cooks Northampton. Our award-winning children’s cookery classes have been running from my kitchen for 6 years now. During that time, I have been privileged to enjoy baking with over 400 children.
I believe that a love of cooking and an ability to do so is an important skill that every child should have. That is why I invite children from as young as 2 years old to come and cook with me. We cook an entire range of delicious, nutritious dishes. We cook both sweet and savoury recipes. From beetroot cakes to mini quiches with a spattering of chocolate in the middle!
I run the sessions at my house in West Hunsbury. I have a kitchen specially designed for smaller children to cook in. It has small chairs and a low table.
During each session we shall cook a delicious recipe and also enjoy an activity related to one ingredient we used. The sessions last about 45 minutes, however it can take up to an hour. This all depends on the complexity of the recipe.

With social distancing making face-to-face lessons impossible, I have created a series of subscription boxes to help you and your children continue cooking.
