1 packet ready roll puff pastry
1 jar mincemeat
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 190°/170° fan/GM5 Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pastry and lay on a floured work surface.
- Cover the pastry with mincemeat (Iused about 1/2 jar).
- Roll the pastry up like a swiss roll starting at one of the shorter ends.
Cut into 1/2" slices - Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

- Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes. The filling will be really hot.
