I have spent the last 6 years teaching children from 2 to 14 a range of techniques to increase their culinary skills.

I am committed to teaching children of all ages the importance of cooking for themselves and others. Helping them to understand nutrition and basic kitchen skills, but also encouraging curiosity about food.

I use a range of techniques to ensure that the children are able to cook with their grownups, with the appropriate amount of assistance.
